Terms - Paramount Plus Sub

  • The prize provider is Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd, Market House, Silver End, Olney, Bucks, MK46 4AL. ABTA no. L9097 and ATOL no. 10626, www.uponcloudnine.co.uk “Cloud Nine”.
  • Unless otherwise stated the prize offered is for 1 person who must be aged 18 or over at the time of acceptance. The person participating in this prize will be referred to in these terms as a “Participant”. 
  • The Prize includes three months’ subscription to Paramount Plus UK only. 
  • The prize must be claimed by 31st August 2025 and is valid for three calendar months. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorized by Cloud Nine.
  • The Prize offered is subject to availability. 
  • All subscriptions must be claimed through Cloud Nine within the time-frame stated in these terms. 
  • This Prize is non-transferable or exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other special offer. There is no cash alternative or refund for any unused prize.
  • In the event of cancellation, the Participants will not be entitled to claim any refund or replacement prize.
  • The Prize will be provided as a subscription allowance via bank transfer to the Participants nominated bank account. This will be delivered within 28 days of the prize acceptance. 
  • Participants must set up their own account with Paramount Plus directly entering a preferred email address. Participants must adhere to Paramount Plus’s individual subscription terms and conditions which can be found here: https://www.paramountplus.com/gb 
  • Participants are responsible for setting any necessary parental controls.
  • Should Participants wish to extend the length of their subscription they may do so at their own expense, directly with Paramount Plus. 
  • Prizes are fulfilled by Cloud Nine Incentives (company no. 07342147), information about the prize provider can be found by visiting www.uponcloudnine.co.uk. Any personal data submitted by Participants to Cloud Nine will be treated in accordance with Cloud Nine’s privacy policy.
